As co-owners, Wayne and Shelley bring strong leadership and industry experience to ensure Big S Oilfield Service operates with reliability and efficiency. Their focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence drives the company forward.

Dave Wurz – Dispatcher & Operator

With over 12 years of oilfield experience, Dave joined Big S Oilfield Service in 2010. His extensive knowledge of oilfield operations and requirements makes him an essential part of our team. As our dispatcher, he coordinates services efficiently while occasionally stepping in as an operator when needed.

Nyky Best – Health & Safety Advisor

A certified Safety Program Developer and Auditor with AASP, Nyky oversees our Health & Safety program. She ensures that all employees hold up-to-date certifications and receive comprehensive training to maintain the highest safety standards in the industry.
